Freetown State Forest Tour Information

These tours will meet around dusk in Assonet MA. Departure begins once everyone arrives (out of respect for all attending, we can only wait for 15 minutes if you call to alert us that you are running late). We insist that you bring your own flashlights -- none will be available to be given out! We will, however, supply you with the transportation to the locations that you will be investigating, history of each site and details of all the experiences that we have been fortunate to have had during our visits there. We also encourage you to bring any type of equipment you might like to use such as a digital recorder, digital camera, EMF detector, K2 meter, video camera, etc. We ask that ?N.E. Paranormal Research Tours? be mentioned in the credits for any audio or video footage that is used in the media or on the internet.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items on this tour. Anyone participating in the tour must sign a waiver which releases all of us from any responsibility for any unlikely physical or mental harm that might occur. Tours will have no fewer than four people and no more than eight people at a time. We want to keep the groups smaller so that everyone has plenty of time to investigate.

While driving to each location, your Tour Guide will give you exclusive background information associated with the next site you'll be investigating. These details are not those just read in books, but accounts that we will share based on interviews with historians, detectives, witnesses and our own personal experiences.

If for some reason there are fewer than four people who have signed up for the date of your tour -- we will contact you to arrange for a full refund or to set up a new date ? your choice.

We will supply snacks and non-alcoholic drinks and insist that you do not bring any drugs or alcohol. No pets and no one under age of 18 is allowed on any tours. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We conduct THREE types of Freetown State Forest Tours:

TOUR # 1

#1 The "short tour" is about four hours long. This consists of going to the Indian Ceremonial Area, the Ledge, the Cave and Copicut Rd, (home of the ?mad trucker?;). The two parking lots on Copicut Rd are where people have said to have seen ghosts, zombies, Pukwudgies and cult activity. You?ll have time to do your own investigation at each location that we go to. We will send out groups of two or three at a time, with your own equipment, to try to capture any paranormal activity. When everyone is finished -- we will move on to the next location.

TOUR # 2

#2 The ?long tour? is about six hours long. It includes the Indian Ceremonial Area, the Ledge, the Cave and Copicut Rd, (home of the ?mad trucker?;). The two parking lots on Copicut Rd are where people have said to have seen ghosts, zombies, Pukwudgies and cult activity AND the Pet/Indian cemetery AND The Shack where people and police have said to have seen cult activity. You?ll have time to do your own investigation at each location that we go to. We will send out groups of two or three at a time, with your own equipment, to try to capture any paranormal activity. When everyone is finished -- we will move on to the next location.

TOUR # 3

#3 The ?private tour? is about eight hours long and will begin at 9:00pm and end at about 5:00am. This tour will be led by only by the two co-founders of NEPR, John and Jeff, and we will limit the amount of people to only two or three. We five will investigate all the locations listed on Tour #2: The Indian Ceremonial Area, the Ledge, the Cave and Copicut Rd, (home of the ?mad trucker?;). The two parking lots on Copicut Rd are where people have said to have seen ghosts, zombies, Pukwudgies and cult activity AND the Pet/Indian cemetery AND The Shack where people and police have said to have seen cult activity. You will be able to run your own equipment, alongside ours, and also get longer time at each location we go to.

Tour Prices and Payment Information

We accept checks, money orders, cash (we will accept it, but we will let you know how to go about it safely for allinvolved). PayPal will be coming soon.

Payment is not refundable unless we need to cancel the tour do to too few people. All tour reservations are based upon a first-come / first-served method and certain nights during certain months book up early. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will try to accommodate you and/or your group as best that we can.
